Subscription Service Details
A Few Important Points
**** Please allow us 4-5 days processing time to get your new subscription up and running. If you need a fix before that you can still place an extra order online.
**** Please make sure you enter your email address carefully we have had a few folks enter wrong addresses and have no way of getting ahold of them if they don't contact us. Which brings me to my next point....
**** If you don't receive an email with in 24 hours inviting you to set up an account please contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org
**** After you pay, please wait to be directed to the page that will tell you all the information we need and the contact form to send it to us.
**** If you are doing curbside pick up it is available for pick up between 8:30-Noon.
Please note payment and orders are forfeited if not picked up on the specified date during our pick up hours 8:30-Noon
How often do subscriptions come? You can subscribe to the plan that works for you either weekly or every other week.
How do I get my order? If you live with in Bellingham city limits we will deliver your order to your house or office! We are offering free delivery for subscribers through August 31st and it will be $5 per delivery after that if we are able to continue delivering. If you live outside of Bellingham or your would prefer no deliveries, curb side pick up is available. Delivery of subscriptions will be available through August 31st. After that we will need to take a moment to reassess the service and what we can realistically offer.
*****Please note, for the safety of our staff we will not be entering any builds to deliver, if your delivery is to an office building or apartment there must be someone available to receive order at the door. Thank you!*****
What days are orders ready? Currently you have several days to choose from, Monday, Friday, or Saturday for bagels and spreads. Orders containing bialy or challah bread will be available Fridays only.
What time will my order be ready/delivered? We will start making deliveries at 8:30 A.M. and hope to be done by 11:30 A.M. If you would like to receive a text when we are on our way let us know! All curbside pick up orders will be ready by 8:30 A.M. and can be picked up till noon. Call us when you get to the store and we will run it out to your open trunk or a no contact order table.
Can I cancel, change, or pause my subscription? No problem! Just visit the manage my subscription page and let us know what you need. Subscriptions can be paused at anytime if you are leaving town or all full up on bagels. Please allow 4-7 days for any changes to preferences. Subscriptions can be canceled right away through that page.
Can I choose what bagel and cream cheese flavors I get? Yes! The flavor options are limited currently but we hope to slowly add to the options as things pick back up. We ask that you do not change your flavor preferences more than once a month. If you are hoping to get different flavors each week, consider making a weekly order through our online ordering system instead of subscribing. If you don't see your favorite flavor let us know! If enough subscribers are requesting a flavor it will be easier for us to make it happen.
Can I have my subscription shipped? Unfortunately we are not able to do shipping at this time although it is a service we will be looking into.
